ARTECO, a leader in advanced refrigeration technology, has successfully completed and commissioned a state-of-the-art cold storage facility in Zhaoqing, Guangdong. The new facility, spanning 1,200 square meters, is designed to maintain ultra-low temperatures, ranging from -20°C to -30°C, to ensure the optimal preservation of food products. The project highlights ARTECO's capability in providing comprehensive, high-performance refrigeration solutions for demanding industrial applications.

The core of the system is comprised of six RefComp water-cooled refrigeration units, with a maximum cooling capacity of up to 40 horsepower (40P). These units were selected for their exceptional efficiency and reliability, ensuring consistent and powerful cooling performance even under peak loads. This is complemented by two XL series evaporators, known for their extremely high air flow, which guarantee uniform temperature distribution throughout the expansive storage area, preventing hot spots and ensuring every product remains at the required temperature.

For the facility's construction, ARTECO supplied all materials, including 100mm PIR cold room panels. These panels are critical for maintaining thermal integrity, offering superior insulation properties that significantly reduce energy consumption and operational costs. The use of high-quality insulation is a cornerstone of ARTECO’s commitment to energy-efficient and sustainable refrigeration solutions.

ARTECO's involvement extended beyond just supplying the equipment; the company also provided full installation and commissioning services. The project has now been officially accepted and is fully operational, meeting all performance specifications and client expectations.
